A: The villa has been designed and furnished to accomodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms. There is a travel cot and highchair at the house for your little one. Further cots can be arranged if required.
A: The villa is apporximately 3 miles from Disney. How long it takes to travel this distance depends on the time of day and year. For example in August (a very busy time) it takes about 10 minutes to make this short journey at rush hour, whereas in September it only takes 5 minutes.
A: The villa is off the 192 Highway, we will send full directions approx 3 weeks before your departure date.
We have recently installed a key pad to the house to eliminate the need for keys and you can drive straight to the house and get on with your holiday.
A: No, everything you need is provided at the house.
The linen and towels are professionally cleaned between each stay.
If you are travelling from outside the USA please remember that the voltage for appliances may be different and you may need adapter plugs. There are hairdryers in all of the ensuite bedrooms.
A: The shopping in Orlando is fantastic and there are few visitors whose suitcases don't go home a little heavier than when they arrived!
The clubhouse on site has a sundries shop for anything you have forgotten or need. 2 minutes down the road there is a Winn Dixie supermarket and a Walgreens chemist and there is a large Publix only 5 minutes away.

For other shopping there are great bargains to be had at Premium Outlets and Prime outlets. Also worth a look are Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia.
A: The house is fully serviced to a high standard before your stay by our management company's team of cleaners. There are service contracts in place for the gardens and pool, the contractors may visit during your stay but will do everything they can to ensure they don't disrupt your stay.
The house will not be cleaned during your stay unless you request it. There will be an additional charge for a mid stay clean.
