We offer a freecall telephone system for guests-this means that you can make FREE long distance phonecalls. The kitchen/breakfast area has sliding doors leading out to the pool and is open plan to the family room
Family Room
This informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast room. It is galleried from above and has sliding doors leading out to the pool. It is the ideal space to relax with family and friends, enjoy the cable TV or watch a DVD or just enjoy the view of the sparkling water of the pool.

Featuring an 8ft pool table, air hockey table and an electronic darts board
Pool and Spa
An 8ft wide lanai spans the back of the villa to provide shade and features ceiling fans for extra comfort. An electrically heated private, screened, and sparkling-clear pool with a bubbling spa where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in "the rays". There are also tables and chairs to allow you to enjoy a poolside drink or snack. At night the coloured pool lighting creates a relaxing ambience
The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms
